It is useless

I was using version 4, now I decided to get new one and it is completly useless, cant add starting balance fo raccounts, cant add currencies it shows only questionmarks.
Well unfortunatelly I bought both versions Mac and iPad. Waste of money. Now I need to find other solution. Too bad.
